U9 Program Information (Born 2012)

Registration is now open for Fall soccer.

Fall 2020 programs will follow Phase 2 of Soccer Nova Scotia’s Return to Soccer guidelines. These guidelines allow soccer play and training within small groups in line with current Public Health restrictions.

Parents are encouraged to read Storm Soccer Club Return to Soccer Phase 2 plan. )

Space is limited. If your age group is full, please continue with the registration process and your player's name will be added to the waitlist. Waitlists will be carefully monitored to accommodate as many players as possible.



Online registration opens Thursday September 10th, 2020.


Program Description:

All players play once a week on Saturday mornings.

The focus will be on playing small sided games: 1v1, 3v3, 4v4  and 5v5.

Teams are restricted to a maximum of 10 participants per designated play area.


Program Start / Finish:

Our first week of outdoor practices begin Saturday September 26th and run until November 7th. (6 weeks total, no practice October 10th)



Practices will be Saturday mornings and be 1.25 hours long. Final schedule will be determined the week before practices begin.  

Due to Public Health restrictions, there is no league play or tournaments this fall.


Practice location:

Practices will be held at Harbour East All Weather Turf in Burnside.

Parents to provide:

- Storm Practice Kit

- Soccer cleats or sneakers

- Shin pads

- Water bottle
