Player Code of Conduct

As a player, I acknowledge my responsibility to uphold the values of fairness, respect, and integrity in all aspects of the game. In doing so, I commit to the following code of conduct:

Strive for excellence in my sporting ability by continuously improving my skills, technique, tactics, and stamina.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and give maximum effort to achieve the best possible performance during each game, regardless of the scoreline.

Set a positive example for other players, especially younger ones, and supporters through my conduct and attitude.

Avoid all forms of unsportsmanlike behavior, including time-wasting and gamesmanship.

Always act in the best interests of the game, including in how I express my opinions on the game and its participants.

Use appropriate language and avoid using derogatory or insulting language towards anyone involved in the game.

Work diligently to help my team win within the boundaries of fair play and the Laws of the Game.

Refuse any attempts to influence me in a way that might question my commitment to the team's success.

Know, respect, and abide by the Laws, rules, and spirit of the game, as well as the competition rules.

Embrace both success and failure, victory and defeat, with equal grace and humility.

Reject the use of banned substances or techniques, even in the face of temptation.

Treat opponents with respect, regardless of the outcome of the game, and prioritize their physical well-being by avoiding violence and rough play and providing assistance to injured opponents.

Accept the decisions of referees without protest, avoid actions or words that may mislead a referee, and demonstrate respect towards the referee at all times.

Follow the instructions of my coach and team officials, as long as they do not conflict with this Code of Conduct, and demonstrate respect towards the team officials of the opposition.

Show respect to the interests of supporters and acknowledge their role in the game's enjoyment.

By adhering to this code of conduct, I aim to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and contribute to the growth and development of the game.
